About the Self-Drilling Metal Screw

Self-drilling metal screws, commonly called Tek screws, have a drill point that bores through steel and taps its own thread in one action, no pilot hole needed. Choose the head for the job — hex with bonded washer for sheet and purlins, flanged hex, wafer or countersunk for a flush finish — including reaming (XGRiP) and high-performance s500 and VMAX points for thicker steel.

Also known as: Tek Screws, Tek Screw, Self Drilling Screws, Self Drilling Metal Screws, Metal Screws.
