- Parts T9PMYPP0818012 and T9PMYPP0818020: 8-18 x 12 and 20mm, #2 Phillips pan head, packed 1,000.
- For sheet metal to metal fixing, backpans and signs.
- C1022 hardened steel with a zinc yellow passivate finish.
- Working pull-out load from the steel it is fixed into, safety factor 2.5 already included: 300N in 0.7mm G2, 1,250N in 1.5mm G550, 2,200N in 2.5mm G450. Laboratory values; actual loads depend on the base material.
- Drill test: through 1.5mm G450 in no more than 4 seconds at 2,200 RPM with 18kg load.
- Use a #2 Phillips drive bit in a cordless screw gun at 2,200 to 3,000 RPM, with firm, steady pressure while it drills. Do not over-tighten. Impact drivers are not recommended.
