- For plasterboard and rigid board to steel frames and ceilings, in light gauge steel frame up to 3mm thick. Internal use only.
- C1022 hardened steel with a zinc yellow passivate finish, Phillips #2 drive, packs of 1,000.
- Lengths 25, 30 and 45mm (T9PMYBP0620025, T9PMYBP0620030, T9PMYBP0620045).
- Pull-out working load: 200N in 0.5mm G550 plate, 450N in 1.2mm G2 and 800N in 1.6mm G550. The working loads already include factors of safety and come from laboratory tests.
- Drill point test: drills 1.5mm G450 plate in 3 seconds on average (4.5 seconds maximum) at 2,200 RPM under an 18kg load.
- Install with a cordless screwdriver set at 2,200 to 3,000 RPM, with firm, steady pressure while it drills. Do not over-tighten, and impact drivers are not recommended.
