- Parts T4XMXHH1016019 (10-16 x 19) and T4XMXHH1016045 (10-16 x 45), 5/16 inch hex head, packed 500.
- Bi-metal 304 stainless with an R10 protective coating (R1000 hours). Made for metal to metal fixing in corrosive conditions: cladding sheets, signs, fences and sheds.
- Working pull-out load from the steel it is fixed into, safety factor 2.5 already included: 350N in 0.7mm G2, 1,400N in 1.5mm G550, 2,600N in 2.5mm G450. Laboratory values; actual loads depend on the base material.
- Drill test: through 2.0mm G450 in no more than 4 seconds at 2,200 RPM with 18kg load.
- Use a 5/16 inch hex drive bit and a cordless screw gun at 2,200 to 3,000 RPM and firm, steady pressure while it drills. Do not over-tighten. Impact drivers are not recommended.
