  • Parts T9PM4FH1420022, 025 and 045: 14-20 x 22, 25 and 45mm, 3/8 inch hex head; 22 and 25mm packed 1,000, 45mm packed 500.
  • For metal to metal fixing: wall cladding, sheds, fencing and gates, signage, and hinges into metal posts, gates and doors.
  • C1022 hardened steel with a Class 4 finish.
  • Working pull-out load from the steel it is fixed into, safety factor 2.5 already included: 300N in 0.8mm G2, 1,200N in 1.6mm G550, 2,850N in 2.5mm G450. Laboratory values; actual loads depend on the base material.
  • Drill test: through 2.5mm G450 in no more than 6 seconds at 2,200 RPM with 24kg load.
  • Use a 3/8 inch hex drive bit in a cordless screw gun at 2,200 to 3,000 RPM, with firm, steady pressure while it drills. Do not over-tighten. Impact drivers are not recommended.
