- Parts T9PM4SH1214020, 035 and 045: 12-14 x 20, 35 and 45mm, hex head with seal, packed 1,000.
- For metal to metal fixing: wall cladding, sheds, fencing and gates, signage, crest fixing corrugated roofing to steel purlins, and hinges into metal posts, gates and doors.
- C1022 hardened steel with a Class 4 finish.
- Working pull-out load from the steel it is fixed into, safety factor 2.5 already included: 550N in 1.1mm G2, 1,850N in 2.0mm G450, 3,850N in 3.8mm G450. Laboratory values; actual loads depend on the base material.
- Drill test: through 2.0mm G450 in no more than 5.5 seconds at 2,200 RPM with 18kg load.
- Use a hex drive bit in a cordless screw gun at 2,200 to 3,000 RPM, with firm, steady pressure while it drills. Do not over-tighten. Impact drivers are not recommended.
