  • For self-drilling into aluminium only: backpan fixing to aluminium framing and aluminium cladding cassettes to an aluminium subframe.
  • Solid 304 stainless, 10 gauge x 16 TPI x 16mm, flat head 9.5mm across, square #2 drive, packs of 1,000 (QFind QT113).
  • Working pull-out load: 350N in 1.2mm aluminium and 1,100N in 3.0mm aluminium, from laboratory tests with a factor of safety of 2.5 for aluminium included.
  • Characteristic tensile strength 7,600N and characteristic shear strength 4,550N.
  • Install with a cordless screwdriver at 2,200 to 3,000 RPM, keep firm, steady pressure while it drills, and do not overtighten. Impact drivers are not recommended.
