- Made for fastening insulation panels to steel. 304 stainless R1000 bi-metal, rated CL3 R1000, with an S500 extended drill point.
- Three lengths: 90mm (T4X5XIH1224090), 100mm (T4X5XIH1224100) and 125mm (T4X5XIH1224125). 12 gauge, 24 TPI, 13.5mm flanged hex head, 5/16 inch hex drive.
- Working pullout load: 1,700N in 3mm G2 steel, and 4,000N, 4,400N and 4,600N in 5mm, 6mm and 8mm hot rolled steel. Working loads already include a factor of safety of 2.5 for steel; mean and characteristic loads are also listed. All values are laboratory results.
- Drill point test: through 8mm cold rolled steel under a 27kg load at 2,200RPM in no more than 10 seconds (7 seconds average).
