- Parts T4XMXPP0818016, 019 and 025: 8-18 x 16, 19 and 25mm, #2 Phillips pan head, packed 500.
- Bi-metal 304 stainless with an R10 protective coating (R1000 hours). Made for metal to metal fixing in corrosive conditions: cladding sheets, signs, fences and sheds.
- Working pull-out load from the steel it is fixed into, safety factor 2.5 already included: 250N in 0.5mm G2, 1,100N in 1.5mm G550, 1,850N in 2.5mm G450. Laboratory values; actual loads depend on the base material.
- Drill test: through 1.5mm G550 in no more than 4.5 seconds at 2,200 RPM with 18kg load.
- Use a #2 Phillips drive bit in a cordless screw gun at 2,200 to 3,000 RPM, with firm, steady pressure while it drills. Do not over-tighten. Impact drivers are not recommended.
