- A large domed sealing washer supports and seals the polycarbonate, and a cutter under it makes a thermal expansion hole in the sheet.
- C1022 hardened steel with a Class 4 finish.
- Working pull-out load from the steel it is fixed into, safety factor 2.5 already included: 550N in 1.1mm G2, 1,850N in 1.9mm G450, 3,850N in 3.8mm G450. Laboratory values; actual loads depend on the base material.
- Install at 2,200 to 3,000 RPM with firm pressure, let the cutter cut the expansion hole, then tighten only until the dome washer sits firmly on the sheet without compressing or deforming it. Impact drivers are not recommended.
