  • Part T4XMXHH1214025: 12-14 x 25mm, 5/16 inch hex head, packed 500.
  • Bi-metal 304 stainless with an R10 protective coating (R1000 hours). Made for metal to metal fixing in corrosive conditions: cladding sheets, signs, fences and sheds.
  • Working pull-out load from the steel it is fixed into, safety factor 2.5 already included: 450N in 1.2mm G2, 1,400N in 2.0mm G450, 2,100N in 3.0mm G2. Laboratory values; actual loads depend on the base material.
  • Drill test: through 2.0mm G450 in no more than 5.5 seconds at 2,200 RPM with 18kg load.
  • Use a 5/16 inch hex drive bit and a cordless screw gun at 2,200 to 3,000 RPM and firm, steady pressure while it drills. Do not over-tighten. Impact drivers are not recommended.
