  • Parts T9PM4FS1410050 (14-10 x 50, packed 1,000) and T9PM4FS1410075 (14-10 x 75, packed 500), 3/8 inch hex head.
  • For metal to metal fixing: wall cladding, fencing and gates, signage, and hinges into metal posts, gates and doors.
  • C1022 hardened steel with a Class 4 finish.
  • Working pull-out load from the steel it is fixed into, safety factor 2.5 already included: 350N in 0.8mm G2, 1,700N in 1.6mm G550, 3,000N in 3.0mm G2. Laboratory values; actual loads depend on the base material.
  • Drill test: through 2.0mm G450 in no more than 6 seconds at 2,200 RPM with 18kg load.
  • Use a 3/8 inch hex drive bit in a cordless screw gun at 2,200 to 3,000 RPM, with firm, steady pressure while it drills. Do not over-tighten. Impact drivers are not recommended.
