  • Parts T9P54SH1224032, 050, 065 and 085: 12-24 x 32, 50, 65 and 85mm, 5/16 inch hex head; 32 and 50mm packed 1,000, 65 and 85mm packed 500.
  • For metal to metal fixing into thick steel purlins and hot rolled steel, including roofing and walling sheets to hot rolled steel.
  • C1022 hardened steel with a Class 4 finish.
  • Working pull-out load from the steel it is fixed into, safety factor 2.5 already included: 1,400N in 2mm G450, 5,350N in 5mm hot rolled steel, 6,650N in 6mm hot rolled steel. Laboratory values; actual loads depend on the base material.
  • Drill test: through 8.0mm cold rolled steel in no more than 10 seconds at 2,200 RPM with 27kg load.
  • Use a 5/16 inch hex drive bit in a cordless screw gun at 2,200 to 3,000 RPM, with firm, steady pressure while it drills. Do not over-tighten. Impact drivers are not recommended.
