- Parts T9PMYFH1016016 and T9PMYFH1016025: 10-16 x 16 and 25mm, 5/16 inch hex, packed 1,000. For fixing metal to metal.
- Drilling capacity: 0.75mm top hat batten, and steel purlin from 1.00mm to 2.40mm.
- Screw strength: tensile 11,150N, shear 6,130N, torsional 9.1Nm.
- Ultimate pull-out strength from the base plate, characteristic (95% of results expected above it) and not a working load: 1,480N in 0.75mm G550, 4,050N in 1.50mm G450, 6,580N in 2.40mm G450. The sheet says safety factors must be applied for design.
- Install with a 5/16 inch hex nut setter in a cordless screw gun at 2,200 to 3,000 RPM, with firm pressure while it drills. Do not over-tighten.
