- Part T9PMYLP1016016: 10-16 x 16mm, #2 Phillips drive, packed 1,000.
- For metal to metal fixing, plasterboard to thin steel frames, wall cladding and signs.
- C1022 hardened steel with a zinc yellow passivate finish.
- Working pull-out load from the steel it is fixed into, safety factor 2.5 already included: 350N in 0.7mm G2, 1,450N in 1.5mm G550, 2,500N in 2.5mm G450. Laboratory values; actual loads depend on the base material.
- Drill test: through 2.0mm G450 in no more than 4 seconds at 2,200 RPM with 18kg load.
- Use a #2 Phillips drive bit in a cordless screw gun at 2,200 to 3,000 RPM, with firm, steady pressure while it drills. Do not over-tighten. Impact drivers are not recommended.
