About the Connector Plate Screws 12G Hex
VUETRADE Connector Plate Screws are 12 gauge Type 17 screws with a 5/16 hex head for fixing VUETRADE timber connectors, used only where the connector's technical data lists 12G screws. 35 and 65mm long; zinc plated (VUETRADE's galvanised range, purple heads on 35mm and black on 65mm) or 316 stainless for stainless connectors, in packs of 100 or 250.

- Zinc plated screws on galvanised connectors and 316 on stainless: mixing them causes bimetallic corrosion that lowers the capacity
