About the Concealed Bolt Down Post Support Kit
The VUETRADE Concealed Bolt Down Post Support Kit fixes a 90 to 100mm decorative timber post to concrete with the blade and cap concealed, for an architectural finish. Hot dip galvanised 3.5mm G300 steel blade (cut a 3.5mm slot in the post), 145mm blade height including the base plate, 80mm blade width, with a 304 stainless concealing cap included. 3 x M12 bolts through the blade and 2 x M12 concrete bolts in the base.
- Concealed bolts for the blade (M12, 90 to 110mm working width): VUEBOLT concealed thread bolts.

- VUETRADE uplift design capacity: JD3 22.0, JD4 17.7, JD5 15.4 kN, with that fixing and a post at least 90 x 90mm sitting flat on the base; assumes enough anchorage in the concrete
- Hot dip galvanised blade with a 304 stainless concealing cap (included)
- Exposure (VUETRADE area chart): galvanised suits enclosed work and inland exterior work kept clear of fresh water, frequent wetting and drying and pool splash. This product is galvanised only, so it does not suit marine sites (within 1km of a sheltered coast or 10km of surf) or those wet locations
