About the VUEBOLT Concealed Thread Bolts
VUEBOLT post support bolts are concealed thread bolts, a male and a female bolt that meet inside the joint, for fixing post supports with a neat, concealed finish. T50 star drive heads. M10 to M20 shafts for working widths from 90 to 360mm: each bolt must be used within its working width, the total thickness it passes through. Zinc-nickel coated, 316 stainless, or BLACKOUT (zinc-nickel with black powder coated dome heads). Drill the bolt holes fully through the post (VUETRADE).

Features
- Male and female bolt: no exposed thread
- T50 star drive heads; tighten with two T50 wrenches
- Working widths 90 to 110, 110 to 150, 150 to 230 and 230 to 360mm: VUETRADE says each bolt MUST be used within its range so enough thread engages
- Fit the female bolt on the thickest member of the joint (VUETRADE)
- Zinc-nickel coated, 316 stainless or BLACKOUT (zinc-nickel, black powder coated dome heads)
- Corrosion protection to AS 1684.2 and AS 1684.3 (VUETRADE)
- Use the 316 VUEBOLT with stainless post supports, and VUETRADE recommends stainless with green hardwood
- Drill bolt holes fully through the post
- Cards of 2 (M20 card of 1)
Applications
- Bladed supports (VUETRADE buyers guide): M12 x 90 to 110 for 90 to 100mm posts; M16 x 110 to 150 for 115 to 140mm; M16 x 150 to 230 for 150 to 230mm; M20 x 230 to 360 for 250 to 350mm (the 180 to 250mm T-Blade takes M16, so posts over 230mm on it need standard M16 bolts)
- Saddled supports (full and half stirrups, bolt downs, U-cups, cyclonic): M12, 90 to 110 or 110 to 150mm to suit the total joint thickness
- Galvanised centre blade supports have M10 holes: M10 x 90 to 110
- Pin shaft and adjustable post supports: no suitable VUEBOLT (VUETRADE)
- Feature posts where no bolt ends should show
