About the VUEFIX Truss Screws
VUEFIX Truss-Screws are 3.9 x 150mm screws for securing timber trusses and rafters to top plates, orange for quick recognition, T30 drive, packs of 50. VUETRADE presents them as a replacement for, or addition to, a cyclone strap where its technical data meets the uplift required; confirm against your AS 1684 tie-down design or engineer before leaving straps out.

- Installed at about 22.5 degrees with VUETRADE's metal guide (10 to 30 degree tolerance), at least 13mm from the timber edge; two-screw methods for higher uplift
- Replace or complement cyclone straps only where the VUETRADE technical data meets the required uplift; tie-down design to AS 1684 or your engineer
