Everything to rig a lift from the hook down: polyester round slings and flat webbing slings from 1,000 to 10,000kg, rated bow and dee shackles, Grade 80 safety, sling and grab hooks, master links and hammerlock connecting links, and eye bolts, eye nuts and swivel lifting points.

Choosing slings, shackles and hooks that work together
Start with the sling: its working load limit and the hitch you will use set the capacity. Our lifting sling guide covers the colour code, how choke and basket hitches change the load, and sling angles. Then match a shackle with a pin size rated at or above the sling, and a hook rated for the same load. A bow shackle suits a sling coming from more than one direction; a dee shackle suits a straight pull.
