Chain Sling Fittings (Master & Connecting Links)
Grade 80 and Grade 100 chain sling fittings: master links for the crane hook (to 36mm), master link assemblies for multi-leg slings, and connecting (hammerlock) links for 6 to 32mm chain.
About the Chain Sling Fittings (Master & Connecting Links)
Chain sling fittings make up and join chain slings: master links sit on the crane hook, master link assemblies top multi-leg slings, and connecting links (hammerlocks) join chain to hooks and links. They are Grade 80 and Grade 100 to AS 3776, with connecting links for 6 to 32mm chain and master links to 36mm, each marked with its WLL and a trace code. Choose the fitting and size above; the guide below covers working load limits.
Also called master links or hammerlocks.
