Masonry Drill Bit Size Chart for Concrete Anchors: Mungo SDS Plus Bits
Hobson's two-page selection chart for Mungo SDS Plus masonry drill bits. For each anchor size and length of TYgaBolt, Clawbolt, XBolt, drop-in and H-IT anchors it shows the drill bit size to use, and the matching MHP-D (2 cutter) and MHP-T (3 cutter) bit with its part number, overall length and working length.

- Covers anchor sizes from 5mm to 20mm, with drill bits from 5mm to 25mm.
- For TYgaBolt, Clawbolt, XBolt and H-IT anchors the chart lists a drill bit the same size as the anchor, for example a 10mm anchor takes a 10mm bit.
- Drop-in anchors take a bigger bit than their anchor size: 6mm drop-ins a 8mm bit, 10mm drop-ins a 12mm bit, 12mm a 15mm bit, 16mm a 20mm bit and 20mm a 25mm bit.
- Pick the bit length for the anchor length: for 10mm anchors the MHP-D bits run 110mm (50mm working length), 160mm (100mm), 210mm (150mm), 260mm (200mm) and 460mm (400mm).
- Two bit styles are listed side by side: MHP-D with 2 cutters and MHP-T with 3 cutters. At 20mm the 3 cutter column is replaced by an MHP-Y Y cutter bit, 300mm long.
