- Hardie Brushed Concrete Cladding is a 9mm fibre cement panel with a shiplap V-joint long edge that removes the need for set joints.
- Panels are 1200mm wide in 2450, 2750 and 3000mm lengths and are installed vertically.
- Panels are pre-sealed and fixed with flush-driven brad nails, then finished with regular exterior acrylic flat paint.
- Maximum stud and batten spacing is 600mm for wind classifications N1 to N3, reducing to 300mm at N6/C4.
- Install with a minimum 150mm clearance to the ground and 50mm to roofs, decks, paths and driveways.
- Within 1km of the coast, class 4 fasteners must be used, and a continuous bead of Hardie Joint Sealant is required between vertical battens and the back of the cladding.
