- Property class 5: mechanical properties and chemical composition to ISO 898-2 / AS/NZS 4291.2 for class 5 nuts. Zinc plated to ISO 4042, RoHS compliant.
- Each male thread must go in at least 1 x its diameter to reach these properties. The coupler is 3 x D long to allow adjustment at either end.
- Proof load, with that thread engagement: M6 11.7kN, M8 21.6kN, M12 51.4kN, M20 154.4kN, M36 514.7kN.
- Nine sizes, AXHC05ZCM06 (M6) to AXHC05ZCM36 (M36). For example M8: 1.25mm pitch, 13mm spanner, 24mm long; M16: 2.00mm pitch, 24mm spanner, 50mm long.
- Pack quantities from 100 (M6 to M12) down to 5 (M30, M36).
