- General purpose polyurethane foam for filling and insulating construction openings and fitting door frames and windows. Seals against cold, draught and noise.
- Bonds to wood, concrete, aerated concrete, brick, metal, glass, aluminium and polystyrene. It does not stick to silicone, polyethylene or PTFE.
- Yield 33 to 38 litres of free foam per 750ml can. Expands 2 to 3 times after application.
- Tack free in 5 to 10 minutes, can be cut after 25 to 30 minutes, hardens in 1.5 to 5 hours depending on temperature and humidity. Hardened foam handles -40°C to +90°C.
- Use: shake hard with the valve down, fit the nozzle, wet the surfaces with water and make sure they are clean and free of dust and grease. Surface at least 5°C; best can and air temperature 20 to 25°C. Clean the nozzle straight after with XFOAM PRO Cleaner.
- Flammability class F to EN 13501-1. Low emission (GEV-EMICODE EC-1 PLUS). Thermal conductivity 0.039W/mK at 20°C.
- Keeps 18 months stored upright at 5 to 25°C.
