- SA TS 101:2015 sets minimum requirements for anchorage design and for prequalifying anchor products, both post-installed anchors and cast-in channels.
- The 2016 National Construction Code (NCC) refers to SA TS 101:2015 as deemed to satisfy for safety-critical fastenings to concrete.
- Only anchors prequalified under its Appendix B can be used with it; Appendix B accepts anchors with an acceptable European Technical Approval or Assessment (ETA).
- SA TS 101:2015 has been transferred to AS 5216.
