The essentials from this document in plain words. Check the full document before you rely on a figure.
- Tension controlled assemblies to EN 14399-10:2018, class 10.9, hot dip galvanised. Designed to remove operator error in structural bolted connections, using the specified material thickness and correct hole size.
- Sizes and lengths: M16 40 to 80mm, M20 45 to 100mm, M22 55 to 200mm, M24 60 to 100mm, M30 80 to 200mm, M36 90 to 240mm.
- Hole in the steelwork (to AS 4100): M16 18mm, M20 22mm, M24 27mm, M30 33mm, M36 39mm.
- Installed with the TONE TCBOLT shear wrench. Access is needed from one side of the steel only, and there are no torsional forces during installation.
- Uses include bridges, stadiums, high rise, airports, wind farms, road and rail gantries, LNG plants and refineries.
- Page 2 explains the K0 quality documents: test and ILAC/NATA certificates found by trace number, factory production control (FPC), the EU certificate of conformity and the declaration of performance (DoP).
