Key things to remember

The essentials from this document in plain words. Check the full document before you rely on a figure.

  • Polyester chemical anchor resin, styrene free, in 300ml and 400ml cartridges (12 per box).
  • European Technical Approval to ETAG 029 for masonry, and Option 7 for non-cracked concrete with anchor rod and with rebar used as an anchor.
  • Medium duty fastening. Uses include light steel constructions, frames, gates, façades and consoles. Suits perforated brick with a sleeve.
  • Works in dry, damp and water-filled drill holes, with a variable setting depth in concrete. VOC free under Swiss rules and certified A+.
  • Working time and curing time depend on temperature: 20 to 29°C gives 6 minutes working and 45 minutes curing; 10 to 14°C gives 20 and 100 minutes; -5 to 0°C gives 90 and 360 minutes.
  • Installation pictures: hammer drill in concrete of C20/25 or better, no hammer action in brick. Clean the hole by blowing, brushing and blowing again, 4 times each in concrete (6 bar air for holes over 20mm) and 2 times each in brick, then fill about 2/3 with resin.

Who it helps: Builders fixing light to medium duty items into masonry or concrete who need the cure times for the day's temperature.
