- Maximum tile weight is 50kg/m2, with a maximum wall height of 6m and a wind classification up to N3/C1.
- Panels are installed vertically at maximum 450mm stud centres using screw fixing only.
- Fasteners run at maximum 150mm centres along the stud, 18mm from vertical sheet edges and 50mm from corners.
- A full third party waterproofing system of primer and membrane must be applied within 3 months of installation before tiling.
- Vertical control joints are required every 6m and must carry through to the external tiles.
- Panel sizes are 2440x1200x8.5mm, 3000x1200x8.5mm and 3000x900x8.5mm, and EasyLap carries a 10 year product warranty.
