- James Hardie warrants the product will be free from defects due to defective factory workmanship or materials for 25 years from the date of purchase.
- Associated accessories supplied by James Hardie and used in installation are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The warranty is not transferable and applies only to the first purchaser and the last purchaser before installation.
- A claim is only valid if the product was installed and maintained strictly in accordance with the relevant James Hardie installation guide and the NCC.
- If a breach occurs, James Hardie will at its option replace, rectify, or pay the reasonable cost of replacing or rectifying the affected product.
- Claims must be made in writing within 30 days of the defect becoming reasonably apparent, with proof of purchase, a description and photographs.
