Stud bolts and nuts for flange bolting
The Stud Bolt range covers fully threaded studs for flanges and pressure joints, tensioned evenly from both ends, from 1/2 to 2 inch in high-temperature B7 alloy and stainless grades to ASTM A193. Take them plain, or as a kit with two heavy hex nuts.
Matching nuts are on the Heavy Hex Nut page: ASTM A194 grades 2H, 2HM, 4L, 7, 7L and 8, with coatings such as Xylan blue, galvanised and zinc for oil, gas and mining work. For metric flange bolting to AS 2528, the Type A Stud Bolt page has class 8.8 hot dip galvanised studs in M16 and M20 with 45° chamfered ends.
