  • Parts T9PV4XS6211050 (50mm) and T9PV4XS6211065 (65mm): 6.2 gauge, 11 TPI, 5/16 inch hex, packs of 500.
  • The universal drilling point suits thin metal battens, timber trusses and steel purlins up to 1.9mm thick.
  • SAE1022 steel, class 4 finish, with heads painted in Colorbond colours.
  • Working pull-out loads (safety factor 2.5 already included): 400N in 0.55mm G2 purlin, 950N in 1.10mm G2, 2,100N in 1.5mm G550, 2,700N in 1.9mm G450; 1,050N in F7 pine and 2,800N in hardwood at 32mm embedment. Lab results.
  • Install with a cordless screwdriver at 2,200 to 3,000rpm, firm steady pressure, and do not over-tighten. Impact drivers are not recommended.
