  • Two lengths: 19mm (T04WSPZ1012019) and 25mm (T04WSPZ1012025). 10 gauge, 12 TPI, 9.5mm pan head, Pozi #2 drive, packs of 1,000.
  • 304 stainless steel. For general purpose fixing into timber and hardwood in external areas, and listed as ideal for high pollution areas and corrosive conditions.
  • Working pullout load in 20mm thick timber: 800N in F7 pine and 850N in F27 hardwood. Working loads include a factor of safety of 2.5 for timber; mean and characteristic values are also listed, all from laboratory tests.
  • Characteristic shear strength 4,150N and characteristic tensile strength 6,900N (mean 4,550N and 7,600N); torsional strength 5.4Nm.
  • Install with a cordless screwdriver at 2,200 to 3,000RPM and a Pozi bit, with firm pressure. Do not over-tighten; impact drivers are not recommended.
