  • Two lengths: 12-11 x 50 (T9PW4PA1211050) and 12-11 x 65 (T9PW4PA1211065), 5/16 inch hex drive, packs of 250. C1022 hardened steel, Class 4.
  • For polycarbonate sheet to timber, crest fixing polycarbonate roof sheets, pergolas and sheds.
  • A large domed sealing washer supports and seals the polycarbonate, and an expansion hole cutter makes a thermal expansion hole in the roofing sheet.
  • Working pullout load at 35mm embedment: 2,100N in F7 pine and 2,550N in hardwood. Working loads include a factor of safety of 2.5 for timber; mean and characteristic values are also listed, all from laboratory tests.
  • Install with a cordless screwdriver set to 1,500RPM. Tighten until the dome washer is in firm contact with the sheet without compressing or deforming it; impact drivers are not recommended.
