- Sizes: 10-12 x 20, 25 and 30 (T9PW4FH1012 range), 11mm flanged hex head, 5/16 inch hex drive.
- C1022 hardened steel, Class 4 finish. For fixing timber or thin metal to timber, timber brackets, and cladding or panels to timber battens.
- Working pullout load at 35mm embedment: 1,500N in F7 pine and 2,750N in F27 hardwood. Working loads include a factor of safety of 2.5 for timber; mean and characteristic values are also listed, all from laboratory tests.
- Characteristic shear strength 5,600N and characteristic tensile strength 9,350N (mean 6,450N and 10,750N); torsional strength 5.4Nm.
- Install with a cordless screwdriver at no more than 1,500RPM, with firm pressure. Do not over-tighten; impact drivers are not recommended.
