  • Six lengths, 50mm to 150mm (T9PW3BH1410050 to T9PW3BH1410150): 14 gauge, 10 TPI, 14mm bugle head with a 5mm hex socket.
  • C1022 hardened steel, Class 3 finish. Listed for heavy duty timber fixing, roof battens, decking, and pergolas, furniture and fences.
  • Working pullout load at 35mm embedment: 1,750N in F7 pine and 2,950N in F27 hardwood. Working loads include a factor of safety of 2.5 for timber; mean and characteristic values are also listed, all from laboratory tests.
  • Characteristic shear strength 11,800N and characteristic tensile strength 19,650N (mean 13,150N and 21,950N); torsional strength 14.1Nm.
  • Install with a cordless screwdriver at no more than 1,500RPM, with firm pressure. Do not over-tighten; impact drivers are not recommended. Use a 5mm hex bit.
