  • Sizes: 12-11 x 45, 50 and 65mm (T9PW4SS1211 range), 14.5mm flanged hex head, 5/16 inch hex drive.
  • C1022 hardened steel, Class 4 finish. For fixing steel roofing and cladding to timber framing.
  • Working pullout load at 35mm embedment: 2,100N in F7 pine and 2,550N in F27 hardwood. Working loads include a factor of safety of 2.5 for timber; mean and characteristic values are also listed, all from laboratory tests.
  • Characteristic shear strength 6,650N and characteristic tensile strength 11,050N (mean 8,350N and 13,950N); torsional strength 9.4Nm.
  • Install with a cordless screwdriver at no more than 1,500RPM, with firm pressure. Do not over-tighten; impact drivers are not recommended.
