- Eight lengths, 50mm to 150mm (T9PWYFH1410050 to T9PWYFH1410150): 14 gauge, 10 TPI, 14.7mm flanged hex head, 3/8 inch hex drive.
- SAE1022 steel, zinc yellow passivate. Listed uses: cladding, concrete formwork, gates and fences, and signage. Self drills through metal sheet up to 0.55mm thick.
- Working pullout load at 35mm embedment: 1,150N in F7 pine and 2,550N in hardwood. Working loads include a factor of safety of 2.5 for timber; mean and characteristic values are also listed.
- Characteristic shear strength 11,800N and characteristic tensile strength 19,650N (mean 13,150N and 21,950N); torsional strength 14.1Nm.
- Install with a cordless screwdriver at 2,200 to 3,000RPM and a 3/8 inch hex bit, with firm pressure. Do not over-tighten; impact drivers are not recommended.
