Key things to remember

The essentials from this document in plain words. Check the full document before you rely on a figure.

  • Internal threads M8, M10, M12, M16 and M20, stud lengths 90mm to 180mm (M12 in 90mm and 125mm). 316 stainless, A4-50.
  • Hole size: M8 14mm, M10 18mm, M12 22mm, M16 28mm, M20 34mm. The hole depth is the stud length.
  • Minimum base material depth: M8 and M10 120mm, M12 130mm (90mm stud) or 165mm (125mm stud), M16 175mm, M20 240mm. Minimum spacing and edge distance: 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm from M8 to M20.
  • Non-expanding, so it puts no expansion force on the concrete and can go closer to edges and other anchors.
  • Clean the hole at least to the AEFAC method (blow, brush, blow, 3 times each), fill at least 2/3 of the hole with resin from the bottom, then push the anchor in with a bolt in it, rotating slowly. Do not disturb it while the resin cures.

Who it helps: Installers who need a flush, removable stainless fixing point in concrete or masonry.
