  • For concrete, solid brick or stone and core filled block.
  • Sizes: 5mm in 65mm, 75mm and 100mm lengths; 6.5mm in 38mm, 50mm, 65mm, 75mm and 100mm lengths. Drill the hole the same size as the anchor.
  • Minimum embedment 20mm to 30mm depending on part; maximum fixture thickness from 6mm (6.5mm x 38) to 65mm (100mm long parts).
  • Minimum spacing and edge distance: 50mm and 60mm for 5mm anchors, 65mm and 78mm for 6.5mm anchors.
  • AISI 1040 carbon steel, mechanically galvanised, coating at least 5.0μm.
  • The load table gives tension and shear for 5mm and 6.5mm anchors at 22mm, 25mm and 32mm embedment in 25MPa, 32MPa and 40MPa concrete. The sheet does not say whether these are working or ultimate loads, so we do not quote them here.
